Walnut Chest of Drawers

Bring character and warmth to your bedroom with this beautifully restored vintage chest of drawers.

The body is finished in a dark forest green paint which goes perfectly with the walnut veneer on the drawer fronts. The veneer has been lovingly refinished to show off the natural grain and warmth of the wood. 

The original handles were broken so carefully chosen vintage replacements have been added to complement the style and feel of the piece. 

The cabriole legs have been painted in a deep bronze to match the handles, tying the piece together beautifully. 

These drawers are lovely. A practical size, making them ideal for storing away your winter jumpers or summer skirts, keeping your home clutter free.

Internally the drawers have been treated with a natural furniture salve, helping to nourish the wood and allowing to drawers to glide smoothly.

Drawers and doors have been checked and operate smoothly, just as they should.

Aftercare

To keep your new furniture looking its best, simply dust it occasionally with a soft microfibre cloth. Polishes and cleaning sprays can damage the finish.

Each piece comes with a complimentary care pack, including a small pot of touch-up paint and either wax or topcoat, just in case you ever need it.

Courier

All our pieces are delivered by our trusted and insured furniture couriers. 

Delivery can take around 2 weeks, but I will keep you updated every step of the way.

Delivery is £65 for mainland England, Wales, and Southern Scotland. For Cornwall, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland or Ireland please get in touch prior to purchase.

Normally my courier works alone and may need assistance with larger items. If you require a two person team, please let me know when you purchase as an extra charge may be payable.

Colour

If you are unsure on the colour of any of our pieces, I will happily send out a painted sample stick so you can see the colour against your existing decor.
