Shipping policy

Parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services. You can select Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 at the checkout.

Furniture will be transported via one of our own trusted furniture couriers. We charge a flat rate of £5 for items being delivered to most of mainland England and as far North as Glasgow and Edinburgh in Scotland. For Cornwall, Wales, Highlands, Islands and Ireland please get in touch with us for an accurate quote before purchase.

Some of our couriers work alone so will need help unloading larger items. If you need a 2 person team please let us know before purchase as an additional charge may apply.

Under normal conditions we aim to have your item delivered within 2 weeks of purchase. This is subject to your availability to receive the item and the availability of the courier.
