IOD stamps are a great way to personalise craft and furniture projects. They can be reused on as many projects as you can create!
IOD Stamp 12” x 12” Single Sheet with Masks
Orléans is a refined texture stamp inspired by a vintage map sourced from a map collector at a Paris flea market. After years of searching, Sally was thrilled to finally find the perfect one—an antique piece, named for the historic French city, that translates into a fine, evenly spaced pattern, adding subtle surface interest without competing with your focal elements.
Designed as a 12x12 single sheet, it’s ideal for all-over applications on furniture and mixed media. Use it to create tone-on-tone backgrounds for stamped florals from Nature’s Etchings, faux ephemera, and junk journaling, or as a quiet base layer that supports more detailed compositions. The soft edges make it easy to blend sections together and wrap the design around edges and corners without harsh lines.
Like previous beloved texture stamps as Craquelure, Vintage Textures, Barn Wood Planks and Kindest Regards Stamps, this is a must have in your repertoire. You’ll reach for it time and time again.
Use IOD Stamps on:
- Furniture - Use on painted and upcycled furniture.
- Crafts - Use on all of your creative craft projects.
- Fabric - Create your own fabric design using chalk paint, ink or dye on fabric.
- Walls - Create a custom design in place of wallpaper
- Food - IOD stamps are food safe and can be used in cake decorating and more!
IOD Stamps can be used with a range of mediums. You can use with IOD Inks and Inkpad, Chalk Paint and more! Just apply your chosen medium evenly.
TOP TIPS:
- Before using your stamp give them a scuff with a very fine sandpaper to condition. This will help the medium to stick and not bead.
- Use with or without the backing or add to a stamp block.
- Wash with warm water, not hot. Stamps do not like heat!
- Clean and dry before reusing.
Happy Stamping!
