What can I use Fusion Mineral Paint on?

Fusion is perfect for furniture but it can also be used on front doors, kitchen cabinets, smaller craft projects and much more!

How to use Fusion Mineral Paint

Clean your surface thoroughly with a good degreaser such as Fusion's TSP Alternative.

Scuff sand to smooth any imperfections and de-gloss the surface. For tricky, shiny or laminate surfaces you may need to use Ultragrip.

Paint 2-3 coats of Fusion Mineral Paint using a good synthetic brush such as Cling On Flat Brushes. This will give you a smooth finish.

Fusion Mineral Paint is normally touch dry in around 30 minutes but you'll need to wait 1-2 hours before recoating.

Do I need to Top Coat or Wax?

Fusion Mineral Paint fully cures in around 21 days - this means all of the water has left the paint and it has fully hardened. It cures to a durable finish so a top coat isn't always necessary.

If you like, you can use Beeswax Finish to give a soft natural finish or create decorative effects. For high traffic areas you can apply Fusion's Tough Coat in Matte or Gloss or Stain and Finishing Oil (SFO) in Natural.

Pair with Bayberry for an earthy, lush look.
Pair with Cathedral Taupe for a tone-on-tone romantic feel.
